We want you satisfied with your order. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to send back. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. The shop lists the full range if you would prefer to exchange for a different strength.
Refunds
Once the returned items reach us and we have checked them, we refund the original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is down to our mistake.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If an item turns up damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we will sort it out.
